Tuna pancakes (Chamchijeon)
Ingredients (for 2-3 servings):
1 can of tuna (5 oz: 142 grams), onion, garlic, salt, ground black pepper, sesame oil, egg, soy flour, and canola oil.

- Directions:
- Strain out the liquid from a can of tuna and place it in a bowl.
*tip: You can use cheesecloth, paper towel, or just squeeze with your hands to get the excess liquid out - Add ¼ cup chopped onion, 1 minced garlic, 1ts salt, ¼ ts ground black pepper, 1 egg, 1 ts sesame oil, and 1 tbs flour to the tuna and mix it well.
- Heat up a non-stick pan and spread 1-2 tbs canola oil.
- Scoop a spoonful of the tuna mixture with a spoon and place it on the heated pan.
- Press slightly and round the edges with the spoon.
- Make 6 small size pancakes with the tuna mixture.
- When the bottom is cooked golden brown, turn it over and cook until both sides of the pancakes are golden brown. Total cooking time is 3-5 minutes

Green onion pancake / 파전 / Pajeon (or pajun)
- Directions:
- Clean, wash, and drain a handful of wild green onions (or about 10 stalks of normal green onion).
- Cut them into 5 inch long pieces.
- Make batter by mixing ½ cup soy flour, ½ cup water, 1 ts soybean paste, in a bowl. Mix well until the batter is smooth.
- Place a non-stick pan on the stove and heat it up.
- Add about 3 tbs vegetable oil to the heated pan.
- Put the green onion on the pan parallel to each other, in the shape of a rectangle.
- Pour the batter over the green onion evenly.
*tip: If you want some seafood (chopped squid, mussels or fresh oysters) in your pancake add it on top of the green onion before pouring the batter. - While the pancake is being cooked, keep patting it, pressing it slightly, and keeping it in a nice shape with your spatula.
- A few minutes later, when the bottom of the pancake turns crispy and golden brown, turn it over.
- Cook a few more minutes until the bottom of the pancake turns crispy and golden brown again, and flip it or turn it over.
- Cook another minute and transfer it to a serving plate.
- Serve hot with sauce.
Mix these ingredients in a small bowl:
2 tbs soy sauce, 1 tbs vinegar, 1 ts sugar or honey, chopped onion, chopped green or red chili peppers, and 1 ts roasted sesame seeds.
Tip= Tepung boleh digantikan dengan Tepung Soya ataupun taufu yang telah dihancurkan..

MENU DIET - AYAM KUKUS CILI GARAM
Bahan-bahannya:
2 Keping dada ayam
1 sudu cili Kisar
1/2 cm Halia (ditumbuk)
2 ulas bawang merah (ditumbuk)
2 ulas bawang putih (ditumbuk)
Garam secukup rasa
1 sudu kecil minyak masak
1/2 cawan lada benggala merah dan hijau (didadu)
CARA MENYEDIAKANNYA:
1. Gaul dada ayam tu bersama bahan tumbuk, cili kisar, garam dan minyak masak.
2. Panaskan air kukusan, letakkan ayam ke dalam bekas tahan panas.
3. Kukus sehingga masak selama 10 minit
4. Hidangkan bersama lada bengala merah dan hijau yang dipotong dadu..
